Eating for Autoimmune Health
Welcome to Chickiepea, Twig, Goose, and Lil Pea’s blog. As a family, we’re trying to eat an organic, whole food, gluten-free diet with an emphasis on environmentally sustainable choices. We avoid processed foods, refined sugars and generally follow some of the dietary guidelines of Weston A. Price and the Feingold Diet.
We’re not expert chefs – just an average family who responded to our daughter’s autoimmune challenge by modifying how we live and eat.
